Lost my guest account

Question

I upgraded my phone today. Went to log on and my account was gone. It was the guest account that was on my phone. I played it previously on a phone before (2 seasons). Though it would cross over to this one. Now I’m unable to log in. I never wrote down this UID number. How do I go about recovering this account- made several purchases via my appstore and my credit cards so my identity can be verified.

It is unlikely your guest account can be recovered. There are a small number of cases where this may be possible.

Have attempted to contact EA. Requested a callback. Spoke with them yesterday evening and they attempted to find my account to recover it but were unable to find it despite clear instructions- league name, level, logo, etc. Was told I was a priority case yet no calls were received. Now I’m missing out on all the thanksgiving specials. Have spent a large amount of money on this game and will contact apple to have it refunded if this isn’t resolved soon. I will not be starting a new account. Username Maximus
