Lost Rare collectible during the update

Hi, I tried to sold a super bowl collectible of joe Montana for 800k ( the normal price). After I did the new madden update and when I came back the auction house was close. I waited for 20 minutes. When the house came back I lost my collectible and did not get any money back. Thank you for your help

The same thing happened to my Montana Elite Superbowl card!

Me too. Tried selling the montana collectible on the market and when it expired it disappeared.
