Have you tried toggling WiFi off to see if you can connect on mobile data?
Have you tried removing your WiFi network you're connecting to from your device and then re-added it? Rebooting your modem/router might help get around this error too.

I have tried it on my cell data with same result. I haven’t removed the WiFi and added it back because the problem happened when I was on WiFi and on cell.
