Madden 23 unknown issue message

I want to use the Mobile Madden 23 app but I am unable to get it to load once it is installed. I can’t get past the loading screen once try to open the app. I keep getting an unknown error message. I have tried to install it on an iPad, iPhone 13 and even an android phone and I get the same exact message each time. This is maddening!
