Madden Cash refund.

I would like all the real money I've spent on Madden cash this year refunded to me. Your upgrades are broken or something. I keep buying upgrades as you suggest Madden but they don't work, my team still sucks and gets owned by teams as much as 8 skill levels below me. This is called defective, your products dont work therefore I should not have to pay for them and you should issue me a refund as does every other reputable business when their products fail to meet their customers satisfaction. Are you reputable EA?? Do you stand behind your product and the sale of it to customers?  Seriously, this may seem like a joke but it's not. I buy, I upgrade, I lose. The math is not adding up, well it is in your bank account EA but not here in everybody else world.  Would like a serious response to this from EA. Maybe explain why lesser teams beat me on a regular basis against your AI? Maybe explain why I have counters that only work 20% of the time?  Last time I checked 100% meant 100%, not 20%.  Maybe explain why my 106 acc / 110 spd running back gets chased down from behind by 93 acc / 91 spd defensive lineman on a regular basis. Maybe explain why SO many people share these same frustrations as me this year, not last year, or year before, but THIS year??!??  This is not a hostile post. Seeking real answers from EA to real questions about real things in your game.
