Madden Mobile 18 Season Score Glitch

I've been through hell and back. On Chat with EA. They offered me a Pro Pack. I don't think they realize that a percentage problem in Season Score not only hurts this season but the next. It started when Season Score was first posted. Achievements and Tournaments both were 0% .. I was able to fix Achievements but Tournaments even though the proof is right in the picture. I think you need 500 Wins for 100% and I'm close. But yet 5% shows in the box. The only other one is Level which I'll have. But going out with that Tournament % is just wrong. I noticed if you go to the Tournament section in the accomplishments the most important one says Complete but the green line isn't filled on them. I Don't know what else to do ???
