Madden Mobile account banned

I was a 80 overall and i tried to get on and it said i was banned can you please un ban me i never did anything wrong if u count beating people with the saints

Earlier today I woke up and started playing madden mobile and I get some upgraded players, so I'm playing and then I get off for a while and when I tried to play it again it would start loading and then shut off like closed the app so then I tried shutting my phone off and it still didn't work so at that point I just kept trying to play it until it said something about my account being banned and it told me to come here so EA why is it doing this I didn't do anything an I just want to play madden mobile
