Madden Mobile account banned

Good luck ea hasn't answered anyones questions on why, how or when they will get there account back. All they do is send you another link or tell you contact this other branch that they have. They DO NOT CARE. 

My madden mobile account is Pookster43. I got on this morning to see that I was banned. I didn't do the 99 Gronk glitch but my friend did it. I have been banned for no reason. Why was I banned? Can I please be unbanned? I have done nothing wrong

Same thing happened to me just now. I was booted out of the game and it said the account I was trying to use is banned... Did you fix it?!?

i dont get how to get unbanned cuz i didnt do anything either

I can't even get on the game all I see is the EA logo on the black screen and then It goes back to the devices home screen. I worried because I did the Rob Gronkowski 99 overall domination set that was available.

I don't want to miss the Team of The Week live event because I can't get the collectible for the set then.
