delete the app and download it again.

That didn’t work for me. I tried offloading the app, then reinstalling and I’ve also tried clearing MRAM and rebooting the phone. I also saw I had an iOS update which also didn’t solve the problem. I am using an iPhone 8
Reloading the app a third time worked for me

Happens to me on iPad. So if I’m running as a guest and delete the app, do I lose my data from last year? And no, I don’t do Facebook.

Community Admin@mmitchiner99 If you play as guest then best to not delete, just in case. It's probably best to link with whatever's available, just in case.
Nevertheless, we recently had a new update to address crashing. Can you try popping back to the store and install the latest update, then see if things load up more smoothly then?
