Madden Mobile . . . Auction Failure

Just bid on John Elway(99 QB) for about 200,000 coins. Lost the bid and tried to retrieve my coins but it never showed up in MY BIDS or MY AUCTIONS.

I really need my coins back because its extremely hard for me to get coins. Can anyone please help?

Please help me retrieve my 200,000k coins back. I was bidding on John Elway and lose. Madden never gave my coins back and couldnt find the player in (MY AUCTION/ MY BIDS)

I'm having issues too. I bid on a player, win the player, window pops up with options of what to do with that player, I choose to add to set and they vanish. Never appear in my set. Don't show up in my binder. this has happened  3 times of the 9 times i have bid and won an auction. Really kinda starting to aggrivate me to be honest. Why do these games always have so many issues? For as big of an industry as the gaming community is. The billions of dollars made each year from revenues that these asshats would be able to fix a lot more than they seemingly can or do.
