Madden Mobile 26 SB MVP Medallions..

Built KW3 MVP, received the 5 mvp medallions, discussed which was best with the league, ended up going with the special teams bundle(Dev Trait Bundle).. tried to trade in my 5 tokens, game crashed to the iPhone Home Screen, got back into the game immediately, the tokens were no longer there, checked my bench, no unopened trait packs, I never got anything.. it’s a significant amount of traits or I wouldn’t even bother. Any explanation or solution is appreciated. I sadly do not have a video of me trading them in as I don’t record all trades, maybe I need to… idk.. I do however have screenshots of the tokens in my account right before I hit the trade in.
