Madden Mobile Bid Glitch

Same issue today lost 40k when bid was not returned and lost the player

I bid on a Broncos haunted house collectible for 36,000 coins and stopped budding when being outbid. I went to get my coins back but I never got them back!

Had the same thing happen to me. Was wondering if yall happened to go back to the live auction. You should see the card under the bid section. Found If you lost the bid, you still have to click on the card to get coins back.

Just a few question if I may, When you were outbidden, did you tap the card to "Claim Your Bid Back" and in the process - the Auction House timed-out (becomes unavailable) just before you get your coins back?

I also had this problem lost about 96,000 coins on an elite lesean McCoy. Auction house glitched with 2 seconds left and said I couldn't go into the auction house. When I finally was allowed back in my money was gone and there was no McCoy. Took forever to save up that much. I'm out the 96k now and still have no lesean McCoy. Anybody know of a way to contact EA to see if they can resolve this?

Two days ago lost almost 800,000 coins. EA Sports responded that they'd received my issue but nothing since, and twice I've signed up for live chat, waited the 90 minutes for someone to come online and I'm still waiting

I bid 19k for the 93 overall Keenan Allen...coins were deducted and no player added. Help please

Same exact prpblem of losing 20k just an hour ago and stopping when I realized it... Making players lose in game currency is something that an online gaming platform never do... My review of you won'rt be good after all that...
