Madden Mobile Blitz Ticket Glitch

I had 81 Blitz tickets in the Julio Jones set and it expired. Lost them all. I did not know they would be lost if they were in a set that would expire. I thought that they would be returned to me to use in another set. I contacted EA help multiple times. The first guy I talked to lied to me and told me they would be returned to me within 24 hours. The guy I talked to today was as helpful as he could be. He said that the game functions this way and he did not have the power to return the lost tickets. He compensated me the max amount possible (15,000 coins). I appreciate the effort, but 15,000 coins is nothing compared to the time and money spent to obtain the 81 blitz tickets I had. Sorta a slap in the face if you ask me. I feel like it would be a very easy fix for EA programmers to change it to where the collectibles return to you if a set is expired. The way it is set up seems like poor design or just a general indifference to the consumers best interest. I feel like a return of the tickets is more than fair. I earned them. I want to use them for whatever I can today while the sets are still available, but it looks like that will not happen. Unfortunate to say the least.
