I had this problem also. I spent $20 and 3 hours of my time and lost 70 tickets and the Julio Jones event disappeared before I could earn it.
- I had completed the MJG set but didn't claim it in time and poof gone. Called EA and set up a report. Essentially it was too bad. Spent money on stamina. Depending on how many players had this issue and real money lost, it wouldn't be a bad little class action lawsuit. It seems this happens frequently. If anyone has a lawyer, it would be hard to track purchases through Apple. It wouldn't be much of a return, but considering this event, then add all the others that swamp this and the Twitter site. A good lawyer good have a pretty nice little payday.
