Madden Mobile Download Error

I will try to get in Madden mobile on data but it always gets halfway and says resource download error. I can only play in my wifi because of this.

When you are not on Wi-Fi are you using 4G, 3G, E or something else?

  If you can play fine on Wi-Fi but not while using your mobile data then a call to your mobile service provider may be the way to go.

    But my other apps that use Internet work. Only Madden Mobile and NBA live mobile don't work on LTE.
