Madden mobile loading screen stuck on kicking off

When ever I try loading up madden mobile it always gets stuck on the loading screen becuase my Game Center won't connect 

havent been able to find any solutions. Already uninstalled app and reset device

    Do a hard reset, go to Settings, open GameCenter and log out of GameCenter.  Close Settings and Madden should open fine.  Madden NFL Mobile and GameCenter are not working together and GameCenter is locking up the Madden app.  The new iOS update does not correct the bug.

    When I open Game Center it is just a white screen it doesn't load. Also when I open Game Center in settings it locks up settings so idk how to fix it PLEASE HELP!!

    What is game center? If it's something inside of the app, you canNot get to that because the game is stuck on the loading screen...

    Mins freezes up after this creen then it turns to black screen cam still hear game music then boots me to main screen after being froze for like 30 seconds
