I purchade the step up with "guaranteed " Iconic player if u purchase all 5 packs... I did not receive and Iconic player. I brought this to their attention and they said you receive the Iconic if you trade in the players you receive... I would never have purchased the packs if that is the case... on the pro.o it literally says Guarenteed iconic... Support did nothing but say to post to forums and go []... I will never spend money with Madden Mobile again.
