whenever i open the madden mobile app a message pops up saying "Sign into Itunes Store. if you have an Apple ID, Sign in with it here. [Environment: Sandbox] " then it says cancel or buy, i click buy try typing in my password and it says my password is incorrect, this is the only app it doesn't recognize my password, I try making purchases on the app and it wont recognize my password.
Community ManagerTry signing in first, before you open the App. so that when you go to make the purchase you are already signed in.
I have tried all things including deleting the game and going back into it. I am trying to make an in-app purchase for the new top 100 pass and I have tried using it for anything else and it does not work. When trying to make a purchase using Play store credit that I bought today I get an error code from the Play store and it is OR-HDT-16. I had no idea what to do from this point on The only reason I got it was for the new premium pass.
