Madden Mobile Rewards for Adding Cash

Just noticed that when I added CASH to my son's account, his Mobile Reward status changed and he received tons of elite cards and rewards.  I have been playing on my account since August and have achieved Mobile Rewards Status of Legendary, yet NEVER received any rewards (only the events that show up) when moving up levels of mobile rewards.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I opened up a ticket today via chat as well.  #21290195

Again, I wouldn't have thought about it until I saw what happened on my son's account.
