This is now the third time I've posted on this without any result. I've spent a ton on this app already and I figured that someone would answer but i guess not.
My app wont load. i close out the app, Ive restarted my phone tons of times....please help. This is ridiculous if you dont respond. And please dont tell me to battery cycle.
- ApprovedAnonymous11 years agoThe game has worked great for 2 weeks and I've spent good $ on packs and built up my team. Now when I open app it runs for a second (loading screen) and then crashes! I've turned phone off and on and nothing fixes it! Help!!!! Big_Chris is my game s/n

App opens, starts loading, music plays, then it just goes to my home screen. Please help, great game, an I've spent $ on it.

Hi Barry,
I am playing Madden Nfl Mobile on Android
I lost around 200K in auction glitches, but over top of it I currently am unable to open it. It just shows the homescreen.
I have spent lots of time, money and built a great team.
I am afraid to lose that progress if I delete and reinstall the app.
I am not connected via facebook too.
Please help me in making the game work.

Dear EA Support Team,
I am unable to go past homescreen though I am connected to internet on my NFL Madden Mobile in Android.
I also lost 200 K cash in auction glitch just before this connectivity issues.
I have spent lots of time and put in huge efforts to build a great team. I am afraid to lose the progress if I reinstall the app after deleting it.
I have not used facebook for its access and could not register it now.
Please advice and relieve the tension.

Same problem here- what is going on? This is a big deal and needs to be fixed.
