Rushing Attack Bug

When I try to play rushing attack it won’t let me pick a rushing play. The play menu tries to load but it fails. If I run the fist play as is, as soon as I score or get tackled the screen pans out to the players walking around the field but it won’t progress out of that stage and I can not exit. 

I have tried removing and reloading the game and turning my phone on and off.
