Madden Mobile-won't load

to be honest im getting real sick of this. madden was actually a quality game to pass time and the second I open it it returns to my home screen. at least give some feedback

I'm having the same problem. I was trying to buy cash, and it crashed. Now it won't load. It brings up the home screen for a second or two then crashes. I've tried restarting the phone.

Same here....losing patience.

About 2 weeks ago now, I bought the $20 madden cash item from within the store. After the iTunes password input comes on the screen and I put my password in to complete the transaction, the game crashes back to the home screen. Of course the transaction went through and I got an email from iTunes that the receipt for the $20 came out of my account, however, the game hasn't loaded since. I've been patiently waiting for some kind of fix to be listed on this website, or an update to the game to appear in iTunes, as I figure that's the way this can be fixed without me reinstalling the game and losing my 88 OVR team. I do not have my account linked to Facebook, I am using the latest iOS 8.1, and I have cycled my iPad on and off, cleared the memory - done everything short of uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I feel as if the only way this game will work again will be after you at EA release and update to download through iTunes. At least that's my only hope, because the alternative of restarting the game is not acceptable to me because I have paid USD and all of that money plus the team that I invested both time and money will be gone without a way for EA to replace or restore it.

It's pretty simple to me if you spend a few mins on this forum that the issue is with transacting money both in game and real through both the auction house and store. Both of those actions require communicating with EA servers from our local devices. Why EA doesn't also require that transaction, especially through the store, to leave some kind of restore point pertaining the our individual teams is beyond me and really poor judgement in coding. On your side EA, the hardware requirements would not being anything not already in place.

After these two plus weeks I've been extremely disappointed in any effort towards customer support as largely your community advisors on this forum have left the masses clueless on how to fix the game or even make it playable without losing everything and restarting a team.

Please realize that pushing an update out whether it completely fixes the bugs or not is pretty much the only way a person who is in my position, as is evident a lot are, will be able to play the game without losing everything.
