Madden Mobile-won't load

I have the same problem and I'm on an iphone and my account is connected to facebook as well.

Any answer this is going on for a week

Madden mobile for iPad shows ea sports logo and then goes right back to iPad home screen. Going on for about a week now, please help! Don't want to delete if at all necessary, grew team and don't want to start over. Thank you

What is your current iOS version?

@EA_Barry Its happening on both android and ios and on a variety of devices. Its been crashing on login for more than a week now for many of us. Thank you for all your help. Please advise the studio of this major issue as it seems like many of us have been experiencing crashing upon login and haven't been able to play for over a week now.

This is also happening to me. The EA logo appears then completely crashes the app leaving me back at my iPad home screen.

I am using iPad 4th Gen with iOS 9.0.2

Can you please help?
