Madden Mobile-won't load

My iPad app for madden mobile will not open. It goes to the ea sports start up screen and then closes.  It shows in open apps but continues to close if clicking on it.  It started about a week ago when the last update happened.  Please get this fixed.  I love this game and would play every day until this happened. Let me know if you need anything from me.

Can you check for a game update and retry please?

i have an iPad mini and i am running on iOS 9.0.2 and having the same problem... i haven't been on madden in almost 2 weeks... @EA_Barry  did you mean a madden mobile update on the app store? because i checked and it has not been released yet

I believe this problem has to do with the iOS 9 update. I have an iPod touch 5 that I have updated to iOS 9 and it won't work but another iPod touch 5 that I have on iOS 8 will work with madden mobile. This may seem simple but Apple has stopped allowing people to go back to iOS 8 so this will have to be fixed by EA soon.

I have been on the phone with them twice since Oct.5th. All they say is it should be fixed on a couple of days. This has gotten ridiculous. Ever since I loaded their last update the the game will not open. 

ok i got another update today from EA and it still did not fix my crashing issue.. anyone having the same problem after todays update?
