Madden Mobile-won't load

Add another unhappy person to the growing list, it worked fine for me last night, but iPad automatically updated to new version and now I can't get it to start. I think there's a glitch in the latest update. Please sort it out and have some respect for your customers who give Thierry time and money to playing the game and yet you don't have the decency to even reply. The longer you leave it the more players your losing, as this is not the first time this has happened and also you make reporting or even finding out info about an issue so hard. #peedoff

Usage issue is happening again a year on, what are they doing all day, because it seems it's not that they work on the game.

Come on ea and let us know the latest. That's the least you could do for your players.

Same problem on my iPad.  Works on iPhone. 

Did not work, still having issues with Madden Mobile 16 loading and getting stuck on the initial screen where it says "kicking off".  HELP!!

I got in contact whit them last night and they said not to delete and reinstall or you most likely will lose everything in your team. So I ham waiting.

 Madden mobile 16 is locking up the application on my iPad running iOS 9.02. When you launch the game, it goes to the initial loading screen and get stuck on the progress bar  when it says " kicking off ".   The application never gets into the game itself. I have tried removing the game and reloading it on my iPad but nothing seems to work and I get stuck at the exact same spot each time.   My account is attached to my Facebook account if that makes any difference. I really enjoy this game and play daily and I would like to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Any update for us? Now both me and my son (me on iphone 6 iOS9.0.2, and my son on iphone 4 iOS9.0.2) have the not-loading issue. Mine has never worked since yesterday morning, his worked in the morning and who knows what happened but it stopped working last nigth around 8pm ET. 

What gives? We will NOT delete and reinstall the app and lose all of our progress so far this season... do you have a fix yet? ETA?

Too bad my league is now dead in the water also. And I'm missing out on BCA events. 

Your users are extremely frustrated, and the way to overcome that is with communication. Please use it!
