Madden NFL 23 mobile sound issue

Android is the device I'm using

Ya know I played this game before too, and I never had tried issue until now also. I too uninstalled the game and reinstalled. The sound came back until I logged into Google play

I'm having the same exact problem

I've dealt with the same thing. On my old phone, there isn't any sound no matter what I do. But, on my new phone, there was sound everywhere I went. I don't know why my old phone doesn't have any sound.

I’m on apple and the sound only works when I turn up the volume for a split second, and when I switch to an app and switch back. Sadly this only plays audio for a millisecond

EDIT (SOLVED) = once into the madden Home Screen, go to your music, play any song and wait a few seconds. Then go back to madden mobile and the sound should play. Don’t know why this worked but it worked for me

Same issue but on my iPad. I hear ads but not the game.

Did you ever find out how to make the sound work on your cell phone or laptop while playing Madden 24? I’m having that problem with my dell laptop and iPhone 11. Any suggestions? If so, do you want to call me in? Let me know? 602-413-0680.Adrien
