Now I can use Ultra option finally. But helmet decal is still broken.
As mentioned in the title, I'm facing black screen issues after each down and before I pick the play for the next down. I have tried uninstalling but the issues still persist.
Another issue that also happens is the helmets look weird in-game and the gameplay doesn't seem as smooth as my older, less powerful Android phone or my iPad. All these make the game literally unplayable in the most powerful Android phone in the market. Quite unacceptable. I would appreciate if the dev team looked at these issues, I'm sure I'm not the only one, I can see other reviewers on the Play Store, with the exact same device mentioning the issues.
My device: Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G EXYNOS edition.
Community ManagerThank you for updating the thread. I checked into this and the team is still working on it. Unfortunately, it's been more difficult than originally anticipated to address and all I can do at this moment is to ask for more patience while they continue to investigate it.
@EA_BlueberryEven MM22 has the same issue as MM21. Helmet does not have any decal.
Is there any update for the issue? There were several bug fixes but the issue has never been fixed yet.
That graphic issue has lasted for a long time.
I hope that EA can resolve the issue soon.
