Madden NFL Mobile Player Problem

All my players are Alex Smith (My QB) and Ive spent over 850,000 coins on players and I update my team everytime and when I get in the game all my players are still him. It's very annoying and I'm looking for answers and how I can get all of my coins back. Thank you!
