Master series 96 and 99 overall players

Can put deion Sanders as a 96 overall kick returner for master series and for a 99 overall player put Aaron Rodgers for quarterback I think they both earn it and they are really good it's really boring without the higher overall master series so can you please unlock the 96 and 99 overall master series players.
