Master Series issue

While playing the Jalen Ramsey gauntlet of the Masters Series I reached the end where you have to seek help to get the remaining keys needed to play the final event. I did this but then moved on to another league due to mine being mostly inactive. Now my help request won't refresh in my new league so I can't get the help I need to move on. I have reported the issue but have heard nothing from EA. Will this reset on its own or is there something I can do to reset it? I had really hoped to hear from a tech by now but have had no such luck so I'm stuck....frustrating.
