I have reached the final chest on stage 6 of the JUJU-Smith-Schuster master series and requested help from my league but they are unable to see it going on almost two months now. There is nothing I can do in-game about it. I have contacted support and they told me to report it as a bug here.
Community AdminStrange others haven't been getting your requests for this long. Have you tried exiting the league and asked them to accept your invite again?
I’m stuck at the end of Stage 7 for JuJu. I requested help in my old league, got one help and left the league. I can’t request help in my new league. It also won’t let me earn keys. Is there any way around?
Yes, I have. I have also tried switching leagues twice and they still can not see that help request. In fact, now I have a different lock that is broken. My league has helped me with the request for the keys and all 10 help slots are full but I still do not have enough keys to get past the lock/chest.

Community AdminThank you. Is there any way you can play the Training Camp mode and any nodes in that stage to earn more keys in order to get past it? On one of my Master Series I intentionally kept my Pat Mahomes Training Camp on a specific stage because there were 4 or 5 nodes for 10 stamina each that were easy to earn extra keys faster.
Whether intentional or not, the keys from Mahomes don’t transfer to the JuJu series. Not sure if that’s another layer of glitch or part of the structure.
I am stuck on stage 6, not 7 but I have a similar issue, this issue with the using the training camp locks is that A) I want to complete the training camp and thus need the keys for that from those help requests and B) I have encountered a similar issue with that lock. I requested help 10 people helped me but I only got 6 of the 10 keys and thus am also stuck on that lock now for stage 3.
EDIT: I found the node that awards keys but it costs 60 stamina not 10, and is still not a solution to the bug in the game.
