Masters Series JuJu Smith Unable to Continue

I'm on the 7th stage of the JuJu smith masters series and I'm at the chest unlock where it requires 20 keys to open. I only have 3 of the 20 keys needed to unlock and I'm unable to get any more keys. The one shot question has the white circle around it as if I'm able to re-answer it but when I click on it, it says I've already answered the question. This problem has been happening for over a month. What should i do to try to fix it?
