Missed a BCA live event - can't complete player sets

I missed the first BCA live event, since it is a requirement in order to complete the Eric Berry and Larry Fitz BCA player sets, I now can't. I am part of an elite league and I need to be able to complete these sets. Your requirement says "play a BCA event" and i have, just missed the first. So what do I do?

    I actually did the first event but didn't get the achievement, hoping support will give it to me but not sure they got my request...
