Missing Bud Dupree trade

I have no extra lineups and I am trying to upgrade iconic bud Dupree to foil. I only see one player when I go to trade. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, used best lineup, removed the player, and ea has said they see no issue on their end. Any help is welcomed.
