missing coins x p and reward from live events

I love Madden mobile, I play it constantly. I only spend money when a live event comes up an I need to refill my stamina before the event expires. But I am tired of the servers crashing and not receiving my rewards. Between the auction house and live events I can't tell you how much I have lost. The game is free, so I can't complain to much, but I have spent my money on refilling my stamina only to repeatedly get kicked off and not receive what I paid for and won.
