Missing event rewards

I just finished the Super Bowl event (Run The Gauntlet) and was not awarded the event prizes. Can someone at EA Sports help me out here?

I also wonder where the tokens went after completion, because I can't find mine. 

I completed the super bowl event and got this as my reward. When I went to complete the trenches set with my new tokens I didn’t have them. I spoke to a help center guy that tried fixing the problem but he couldn’t. He directed me here so that I could get my rewa

When doing the Super Bowl promo I clicked open all on the packs and never got the tier 8 trenches packs it showed 400 for each player which I know is wrong but I didn’t get any. Anyone else have this problem or know if there’s a way to resolve it

I had the same problem any word on the resolving the issue

It was from completing all the SB events 

Nothing has been said yet. I also spoke with the call center. The guy tried sending them to me but was unable to apparently. So I was directed here to get the rewards 

Same it directs me here which means there will pry be no resolution of course 

Yep, good ole EA....hey here are some pro packs, does this fix the issue? Umm, no...my 400 tokens each would fix this problem.
