Missing Hurricane elite player pack

I got on Madden Mobile, it said 50,000,000 live events were played, but I did not get my elite player pack

the Elite player will be released Monday there is a time counter in the top to show you will you will get your Elite player

5 people in my league got the pack already 27 others have not

Same problem in my league. A couple members recieved player pack but, the majority did not.

I only received one elite player pack from the hurricane live event reward. When most of my league received two or three packs. What's the deal EA?

So what's the deal because it's been three days now and nothing's happening in your guys side?? Plus I don't have the same issue as the other people you included me with.
