Missing items or coins from Auction house in Madden Mobile. What do I do?

I had a 92 Reggie white up on the auction house and now he isn’t there and I didn’t receive any coins for it. Before checking the auction house I had a very hard time getting into the game. EA_Bl...

If the item doesn't show under your messages and still not listed on the AH, please contact our Support team by going in game to Settings>Help>Submit a case for Missing Items. They will help grant the item back to you.

@lkbroach Thank you so much. I have checked my auctions and in my items. Hopefully it fixes itself in the near future!

This same thing happened to. I won a night train lane in AH. then went to loading screen. Took my 7.7 and change. 8 million coins pretty much and no night train. Now I really have to wait til after xmas promo to receive my coin or player?? Or do I ever get it back. I spend at least 30 a promo and I want my stuff.
