I wish I could help you out with this, I'd hate to see you wait that long to get coins back. Is this based off a past experience when you filed a case to our Support team or is this a currently pending case? Our EA Advisors on Twitter should be able to check where the coins went and grant them to you in a short period of time if you reach out to them.
It's very possible there was a rare bug where the coins went missing from a transaction, it's quite rare though from seeing this over years at EA. It's usually something a player bid on either by accident or used the coins to purchase something else and didn't realize they used profits from another transaction. There is a delay in coins at time though from transaction, so if they aren't in your messages after 24 hours it's definitely worth reaching out to them. Coins aren't easy to come by.
Our forum staff can't help with these specific requests, so it's not that I don't want to help you it's more out of my responsibilities. I want to make sure players know where to go to get these requests handled.
