Missing Madden Mobile Cash - No response from EA SPorts

My son purchased $50 in Madden Cash from his itunes account on 3 separate occasions. Only once did his cash show up when purchased.  The other 2 times times we got no where with EA sports and had to go through itunes to get the refund...

Don't waste your money on this app.

    Did he get his refunds? Did he get banned? My nephew never received the Madden Cash he purchased, disputed it, got his refund, and then got banned for disputing it.

    [Inappropriate comment removed - Admin.]. Madden Studios refuses to do anything, so EA has to step up to cover the complaints, but there isn't really anything they can do, game wise.
