Missing Training Points

Has anyone out there been missing Training Points on the daily ? This has been an on going issue with me for just about a week now. I contact EA and they act like they can’t fix anything. I tried everything under the sun and still haven’t gotten the issue fixed. Rebooted the phone, deleted the app and reinstalled it, etc. If anyone has a solution I would love to hear how to get this problem solved. It all happened last week when EA switched things around. All my league teammates don’t have this issue only me. So EA owes me a ton TP and I better get what I’ve lost.
