More evo headaches

I evo’d Kyle Hamilton card with the team boost with Glory Road Mythic John Lynch.  The mythic boost did not transfer over to Kyle Hamilton.  This is the 3rd time this season that a boost doesn’t transfers over.  How can we request a refund when this doesn’t happen?  I evo a card for the boost. This is getting old when you don’t get what you are supposed to.  I have video evidence of what happened if needed and reported it to a co tent creator.
