Mythic Trades not working - have reported multiple times and support keeps send

My Anthony Munoz and champ Bailey trades don’t work even though I have all the pieces. 

I have created topics for each one of these year, but I’ve heard nothing  

The support function in the app keeps sending me here to report this 

What do we need to do to get this fixed?

This is getting a little ridiculous that it’s been going on for four or five days now
