Network Timeout Issues

Hi, Since monday been having this problem. Can't seem to stay login to Madden Mobile for more of 2 minutes.

Whether in my Google Play or Guest account, the game keeps crashing.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it doesn't resolve the error.

Need help.

My device is a Samsung Galaxy J4

Last successful log in monday April 18 8am PT

I followed your instructions; I turned off the modem for 5 minutes, then I deleted my Wi-Fi network from my device and added it back.
I think this was the key that helped fix my problem.

My device is up to date.
I checked that list and the game's running perfectly with cellular data.
Tough the problem persist with Wi-fi and hotspot connection, keep
appearing Network Timeout.

Has there been any changes to the actual router/WiFi network lately? I know that message can pop up if some parental control apps or settings are placed. I can't think of it at the top of my head but there were some WiFi extenders.

No, everything works as usual. No Wi-fi extender.

Google Play Store is up to date.
Remember that I told you that the game was running perfectly with cellular data?
Well, today started with more Oops... Network Timeout.
Don't know what happened. Can't stay login past 2 minutes.

Anyone in EA who can provide help?
I checked all of the steps in the troubleshootig page and can´t seem to solve my problem.
I have my Madden User ID if that helps.

You've tried restarting your device and rebooted your modem/router, right? This sounds more connectivity related where you're timing out due to the location and connectivity to our servers. If you haven't reset your modem/router power lately I would try that (turn it off for 5 minutes) to see if that helps strengthen connection to the servers.
