Newest field pass rewards

Is it showing under your purchase history for Google/Apple the transaction was completed? 

How do you even purchase the vip field pass?? I don't have an option to purchase it anywhere...

 I purchased the field of fear vip 8 days ago and have yet to receive anything. I was charged for it and I’ve been emailing with the ea customer support dozens of times. The. only thing they have told me to do is to post on this forum. Hope someone can help.

Visit Programs in game>Field of Fear Season 2, hit the VIP tab in the bottom right to visit the store. The Field Pass will show up there.

Do you see the Field Pass purchased under your Google/Apple purchase history? Do you know if you might have accidentally logged in under guest mode when you purchased it or did you purchase it on a different device than what you normally play on?

I don’t see the field pass anymore. And yes I see it under purchase history. It was on the same device and same account

If you don't see it in the store it sounds like you have it. When you go to the Field of Fear Season 2 section, are you getting the rewards on the 2nd row where it says VIP on the left? 

Well I have it I’m just not receiving the rewards. The boxes are all still unchecked

Are you signed into your device under the same Gmail/Apple account? Do you share your device with others where you may have been accidentally logged in under a different profile? 

It was the same account for sure. And I don’t share this device

Can you log out of the game and then log into the game from guest mode to see if it's accidentally put on that account?
