NFC south journey not available

Just completed the journey for the AFC West but can’t play the NFC south journey. I completed every challenge but it just tells me to complete journey 3 which I can’t. Please help.

Same issue for me! This game is almost useless without Journey. EA really needs to admit the issue exists and fix it ASAP.
