NFL movers luggage

I recently collected over 200 NFL movers collectibles from Easter Eggs which were not traceable / available to be added to sets - I assumed these would be ready for the next promotion, but....

The day before yesterday these all vanished from my collectibles list and I have been just told these related to an old event so have been deleted.

has this happened to anyone else?  How was this resolved?
