No stamina refill after level up

This happened to me too, twice. I contacted EA and opened cases both times. They are aware of it but won't do anything about it, nor will they do anything for you.

Also, have you noticed that no matter when you launch the game the stamina timer always starts at 10:00? You can have 3 stamina and 5:00 minutes remaining on the clock. Turn the game off for 10 minutes and restart it, you will will have 4 stamina and 10:00 on the refill clock. EA is aware of this glitch, too, but refuses to fix it.
