Not geting money from auction-madden mobile

I sold my auction and when I went to go collect the coins it disappeared and I did not get any
technical issues

    We are currently investigating this Auction House issue and will resolve ASAP.

    I was bidding on S 94 rating Coleman. And got outbid but never received money back after. Has never happened before I always get it back. Please fix I am a very dedicated player. Also I watch Madden videos for free cash and have not gotten it for more than a few videos ?????? Please help

    This is happening to a lot of players. Most of them are getting their players back within 5-10 minutes.

    But please allow 24 hours for the items to process. If they do not, please let me know.

    @sonicb00m_7, most players are receiving their card with 5-10 minutes. I haven't a clue about what happened though.

    My username is jdawg1219 and I had 90,000 coins and when I logged in 10 minutes ago I lost all coins were gone and I was wondering how I could get my coins back

    I put a bid in the mobile app for Ben rothlesberger for 31,000 coins. The auction clock expired and went into negative time however the game didn't say that I won or was out bid. I lost my gold and didn't get the player.

    I just spent 38,500 coins on a half back and I refreshed and the coins were gone but no player
