Not getting rewards and cant play madden academy

Hi guys. 1. i cant play madden academy. Every time i run it, the game crash and cant progress with coaches and team captain. 2. Also i dont get overdrive points for playing and my overdrive meter doe...

Hi, can you try creating a new account as a test and see if that can make any progress? The issue might lie on your system or your account, and this will help to find out which is the case.

    I made a new account and everything seems fine. Daily goals can be completed, madden academy played with no problems and overdrive meter getting points. What we gonna do now ?

      What they should do is take everything you've earned in the bad account and move it to the new account.
      But this is EA we are talking about so I doubt they will even try.

    I have the same problem too with my account,not the system. I am currently 80 ovr and I have same problem as the person above. If I switch to my 51 ovr account, everything works. Is there a way to merge accounts?? Also this really sucks because I am hesitant to buy packs because the madden feast store packs don't register when I exchange items so the promo just doesn't work for me. You are losing money here, so please fix my account. I want the diamond pat mahomes!

      No way that i will start new account and play from the begining. I expect them to find solution, couse obviously its not, its them. And i dont even want to mention how much i have lost points and rewards till now. I want them to compesate al least something to me.. and of course, help me to solve my peoblems.

        Have you gotten anything from EA Help? Are they at least looking into this for you?
